Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach
Kevin is born and raised in Central Jersey (Yes it exists). He received his Bachelors in Exercise Science, and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University.
His background consists of being involved with a variety of Marital Arts (Kendo, BJJ, Boxing, Muay Thai). He also enjoys barbell training, dancing, running, and playing tennis.
Outside of the gym, he enjoys exploring coffee shops, reading, and spending time with family.
The first step is a comprehensive assessment to get to know you, medical history, and your goals. We want to find out if we are the ones who can best help you.
Step two is running through a movement assessment related to your goals. We take measurements that we track the course of treatment to ensure continued progress.
The third step is creating a plan that would allow us to get to your goals. We will discuss exercises, programming, and proper that will get you closer to your performance goals.
